  I recently purchased a used BMW X5. After a short period of time I discovered that there was an oil leak. It turned out to the leak was very hard to find. Chris and Ali were persistent in finding the leak, worked with me on my schedule, provided courtesy drop off to my office when I left the car at the shop. They were always responsive to my phone calls and took time to explain the situation at every step of the way.
  I would thoroughly recommend German Auto service to anyone with a BMW.

  German Auto Service in Alameda are honest people. I bring my Benz to this shop for service and they treat me like what customer should be treated. 2 days ago my key wont work. Technician Tyler help me and Jim. They are awesome!!! Ty
