  Ugh it is hurting. I'm students in bcc, it was the end of my spring semester
  My car was in a minor accident the AAA sent me here for estimation. When I went there for estimation a tall white guy I don't name him he took the pictures of my car and asked the questions and everything done, he gave me the copy of estimation and told me i send the copy to AAA, i told him like yeah if the fixing takes longer than two weeks I can't drop my car for fix cause I'm going on vocation now and I came home. After 4 days i called AAA to ask about the status of my claim they told me did you estimate your car i said yes, they said they didn't send us the estimation paper yet. Ugh I came home supper sad and called the auto body to send them the estimation, man they sent the estimation there was no answer for my why didn't you send the estimation for AAA, eventually I finalized with AAA to send me check because I'm going on vocation, the First estimation which they gave it to me was 3000 and something and the one which they send it to AAA was 1600 and something, oh god the AAA send me the 1600 check i was like what the heck the estimation is 3000 and something and you guys send me this check, AAA told me it is with auto body go talk to them, I went to auto body with check and that guy who estimated my car was so ashamed and i asked him every single issue since the beginning i swear the god he was the weirdest person i have ever seen with no response, finally the only thing that he changed to the estimation was the labor working time on car which is unbelievable once you estimated that this part of car needs to work on one hour then how's that possible to change, it is my worst thing in my life i have ever went through...
