  This is the most archaic store still left on earth. The customer service is horrendous. They have two cashiers on a Saturday morning with a line consistently 20 people long for the last 30 minutes that I’ve been here. They clearly don’t know how to staff a store. The balloon pick up is the worst experience. They need to figure out a faster self-service balloon system.
