  New to the area and suffering from a sickness that included fever as well as. vomiting & Diarrhea, I called this Kaiser. Having had my prescription filled here before I was expecting a trouble free, positive experience. Unfortunately this did not happen and after 5 attempts to get through I finally got to speak to a rep. Before asking me why I called she told me I had called the wrong number and input the incorrect information. I told her I had just moved and needed to see a Doctor since I was very very ill. Unfortunately; this did not impress her. I need to speak to a Supervisor, I said. "Why?" She asked. "Since I am not getting the satisfaction of being heard!" I said. She said she would arrange this but it would take a long long time. After this; the phone went dead. 30+ minutes and no appointment, just frustration. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any customer service representative Kaiser or elsewhere.
