  After providing a deposit ($1,000) and signing the engagement letter, I found it was very difficult to communicate with her. I sent my documents to her but didn't receive any completed forms or questions even after several months of followup. I called many times, left messages, sent emails and mailed a certified letter to her. Still NO response! Although people can get busy, it's my opinion that they shouldn't take on the work if they don't have the time or resources to complete the work on a timely basis. Then came the difficulty in getting my deposit refunded. No responses to my requests. Instead, I had to physically go to her office since she did not return any calls or messages so that I could get my refund. While I did receive a partial refund, there were various deductions of about $300 for, in my opinion, an incomplete job. In my experience, she was neither responsive nor reliable.
